WebSentry Process Monitor and Datalogging System
|
Gardner Denver Nash is pleased to introduce the WebSentry process monitor and datalogging system. WebSentry is an affordable predictive maintenance and failure prevention tool that enhances vacuum system efficiency and increases uptime, leading to improved profitability.
WebSentry allows the user to simply and securely monitor equipment, using a PC located anywhere in the world, through a standard web browser. No programming or special software is required. Alarm parameters can be set through the web browser and the messages will be sent to pertinent recipients via email alerts and text messages.
Gardner Denver Nash service technicians can provide their expertise to identify the critical parameters in your specific process, configure system parameters, and remotely troubleshoot an alarm condition.

Fiberscope Inspections
|
Gardner Denver Nash offers fiberscope inspections of your pumps during plant outages or whenever practical. We can track the wear and condition of your pumps without tear down. This will allow you to anticipate needed repairs before the break down occurs. Planned maintenance will also allow you to better manage your budget.

Pump Swap Out Program
|
With the Gardner Denver Nash pump swap out program, you can minimize downtime while insuring quality repair and replacement of your pumps. We can offer you a fixed price for replacement or this price can be determined after a replacement pump is sent to your facility and your old pump torn down for assessment of needed repairs. Replacement pumps will be pre-assembled to your needs, rotation, material of construction, double or single extended shafts, and many more options.

Capacity Testing
|
Gardner Denver Nash offers complete field-testing with orifice plates or test headers with your pump in place. Complete factory testing after each repair is available at an additional cost if requested by the customer. All repairs are guaranteed to bring your pump to better than or equal to 95% capacity of a new factory pump. In place testing may not be possible depending on size and location.

Vibration Analysis

Gardner Denver Nash Service Centers can collect vibration analysis data on your equipment in the field and establish a history to better prepare you for needed repairs before you tear down. Vibration analysis units can also be installed permanently on your pumps for around the clock charting.
